Shipping
Angelic operates on a print-on-demand basis. All products are made specifically for each order once payment has been received.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information
To fulfil your order, we may share limited personal data (such as your name, shipping address, and order details) with our trusted print-on-demand and fulfilment partners, as well as with shipping carriers. This is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate. Angelic is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to customs duties. For orders shipped outside the EU, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Free shipping is offered on orders above €100 within the EU. For orders that qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund if a partial return reduces the order value below the free shipping threshold.
Returns & Refunds
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
As our products are made-to-order, we kindly encourage customers to carefully review the size guide and product details before placing an order, as each item is produced specifically after purchase.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. You can download our official Model Withdrawal Form, fill it out, and send it to us via email at info@angelicthebrand.com, or include it in your return package.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn (unless necessary to inspect the item)
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment.
If the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
SALE items
Sale items are also covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers. After this period, returns or exchanges for sale items may be offered as store credit at Angelic's discretion.
Care Instructions
Washing and care instructions are included on the product. Follow them to maintain product quality.
