2. Scope & Applicability

These terms & conditions apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts concluded via this website between Angelic the brand and consumers within the European Union.
Customers are provided access to these Terms in a storable format before placing an order. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

3. Products & Print-on-Demand Model

All products are produced on a print-on-demand basis after payment confirmation.

Due to this production method:

• Minor variations in color, texture, wash, or print placement may occur.
• Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings.
• Washed or faded styles may vary slightly in final shade.

These variations are inherent to the design process and do not constitute defects.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

A binding purchase contract is formed when:

1. You complete the checkout process, and
2. You receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

• Payment authorization issues
• Manifest pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Production limitations

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown before payment.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Estimated EU delivery time: 5–10 business days (depending on carrier).
Sale items are also covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers within the European Union. After this period, returns or exchanges for sale items may be offered as store credit at Angelic's discretion.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery.

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges

Free shipping applies to EU orders above €100. If, due to a partial return, the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Products are fulfilled through trusted EU print-on-demand partners. Limited personal data (name, address, order details) is shared strictly for fulfilment purposes in accordance with GDPR.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

As our products are made-to-order, we kindly encourage customers to carefully review the size guide and product details before placing an order, as each item is produced specifically after purchase.

• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. You can download our official Model Withdrawal Form, fill it out, and send it to us via email at info@angelicthebrand.com, or include it in your return package.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn (unless necessary to inspect the item)
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags attached

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment.

If the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

SALE items

Sale items are also covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers within the European Union. After this period, returns or exchanges for sale items may be offered as store credit at Angelic's discretion.

9. Conformity & Legal Warranty

We guarantee that products conform to the contract and comply with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, consumers are entitled to remedies in accordance with EU law, including:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Price reduction
• Refund

Defects must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery, including photographic evidence where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.

All website content, branding, designs, graphics, and text are the intellectual property of Angelic the brand. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited. This includes all original clothing designs, graphics, photographs, logos and other creative content displayed on this website.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
Data is shared only with trusted production and shipping partners as necessary to fulfil orders.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angelic the brand shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to mandatory consumer rights under EU law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer residing in another EU Member State, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
